RSV Scare

Carter is finally feeling better, but last week gave us a little scare when he woke up Thursday morning with labored breathing. Jessica immediately took him to the doctor (two paranoid parents of kids with nut alergies). Our normal pediatrician (Dr. Johnson) was not working that day, so Jessica met with his partner - Dr. Clayton. Dr. Clayton listened to his breathing and diagnosed him with RSV. Scarry because of the long term affects it could have on him, and the estimated recovery was around 4 - 6 weeks. Well, within 1 day Carter was doing much better - within 4 days his breathing was 100% better. So, we're not sure what the problem was, but after a phone call with Dr. Johnson, he thought it might have been athsma....who knows.

Everyone's doing fine now. Carter is back to Choo Chooing around the house. You know he's feeling good when he runs - and he runs everywhere he goes.
